Great one night stay

The owners were very kind - even getting up early to prepare breakfast for us at 6.30am before we had to leave for our ferry! The room was large and comfortable and very conveniently located to teach our ferry the next day

Very pleasant stay

Very good Wi-Fi. I was remote working so this was essential. Very close to the port and a spacious comfortable room with a hot shower. Got a taxi from the husband in the morning at a fair price to Uluwatu and the breakfast was good

Can’t really complain.. Was a fair price for room

Traditional Balinese home with warm and welcoming hosts

It is a beautiful house in the traditional Balinese style and the hosts are great. You feel welcomed and well taken care of. The hostess will serve you a nice breakfast in the balcony that overlooks the sea. Room was clean and well maintained.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Just be a bit careful when going down the staircase as some steps are pretty steep.

Adorable Authentic Balinese Home

We only stayed one night before our fastboat to Gili Air. However, we wish we had stayed more. The owners are so adorable and made us feel at home straight away. The room was huge, clean and comfortable. We so enjoyed the authentic homely stay. If you do stay at this bungalow, you can rent a scooter through the owners, who can also book fastboat tickets and pick you up from the airport. Padangbai itself exceeded our expectations as it's more than just a stopover port. If you have time, I'd recommend visiting Aura Spa and Blo Lagoon restaurant, along with Papa John Warung.

Room was large & spacious! Breakfast was ‘made with love’ with lots of options! The hosts were extremely hospitable & lovely..made my husband & myself very welcome! Definitely recommend!

Amazing experience with a phenomenal host.

We had an amazing time at Bay view house. Liu and Wayan treated us like family and provided exceptional service to us. The rooms were great, the breakfast was delicious and the location was close to the beach and in the center of the city. I highly recommend booking a snorkelling tour with Wayan (cheaper prices than other ones in town, excellent experience) and also booking his service to take you through East Bali. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a great great guide!

Beautiful view over the harbour. Very friendly and welcoming host. Great breakfast and overall experience.

The bed was a bit hard if you prefer soft beds.

Exceptional

The family that run this guest house are a huge credit to this place! They make you feel immediately at home and so lovely and welcoming. They helped me with boat tickets and transfers and nothing was a problem. The guest house is 2 minutes walk to the pier so location couldn't be better and the accommodation itself had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and served with a warm smile.

Everything was perfect for my stay! A shame it wasn't for a little longer.

very pleasant and easy

the property was perfect location before the boat to gili islands which the owners sorted us tickets for last minute! they’re so kind and will makes sure everything you need and want is sorted they even drove us to uluwatu, we had a lovely breakfast on our balcony and the bed was massive and comfy

strategic location close to the harbour

Nice house, nice room, breakfast OK. The only thing is that you get a some kind of wool blanket in the bed and it is usually not washed after each guest I assume. If you are OK with that, I would recommend.

Very Good

We loved the location in the middle of the city. The room on top floor has a big terrace with a great view on the roofs of all the city. The people were very kind.

Have earplug ready if you are noise sensitive as there are a lot of activities in the city
